Choo Choo Zac's Two!

My adorable nephew Zac turned two, and my twin sister and her hubby were kind enough to let me help organise.  They are such special little boys, I am so proud to be their Aunty and my hubby and I love them so much.

The theme was vintage train party, since Zac and his big brother Saxon, love trains and Chuggington so much.

The Birthday Boy!
All dressed up in his train conductor hat and bandana. I got them for all the children. They were such great quality and came in pink for the girls. It was a US based company called 'train party'.

We kept the colours to blue, red and white.

My fab hubby and I made plenty a pompom, the hours were worth the result.

We also made paper pinwheels, that would spin so could be both decorations, and fun for the children to play with!

Pretty bunting also helped with the party feel.

I created labels, stickers and frames with in choo choo train designs.
The goody bags were so fun to create, vintage wooden train whistles, train pez dispensers, train cookies, train shaped bubble blowers and train tattoos!

Train conductor hats, bandanas and games kept the children occupied.

I just love the large round latex balloons. We got them from balloons.net.au in the party colours.

Zac loved them!

I used vintage frames and chalkboards for welcome signs and filled frames with pictures of little Zac.
He is too cute not to share!

My very talented twin sister, Suzanne, made the most amazing train cake for her youngest. So clever!

mmmmmmm

Suzanne also did the most divine photo slide-show. Here is Zac on the big screen.

It was such a special day and so much fun. I feel privileged to have been involved.

The end.

The popcorn and retro pop-corn machine were a hit. I personalised the containers with labels.
